Introduction

All StudioJewel purchases are carefully packaged in our kraft brown gift boxes, wrapped in blue tissue and ready for gift giving! In stock items are shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Custom items will be shipped upon completion, usually 3 to 4 weeks.

Payment Policy

PayPal and credit cards accepted. All payment is expected before an item is shipped and before a custom order is started.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped first class via USPS to destinations in the United States. We are not responsible for "lost" items if you do not choose to purchase insurance. If would like to purchase insurance, require delivery confirmation or need expedited shipping, please contact me for details on additional charges. International shipping. We will ship first-class international outside the US. With this option there is no tracking for your packages and once it leaves our hands and enters customs we CANNOT be responsible. If you would like a more reliable option with tracking please contact us for Priority International or FedEx. We cannot mark items as a "gift" since that would be dishonest - therefore it is the buyers responsibility for all taxes and customs fees that might be incurred. We do not ship to the Middle East due to complications.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I cannot accept returns for custom stamped or custom sized items like rings...however, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact me by email within 7 days of receipt to discuss the options available for your design. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Other Policies

All my jewelry is handcrafted and most of what you see is in a photo is a sample. There will be variances in your design. That is the beauty of an artisan created item!
