We are dedicated to providing quality products and strive to provide the highest level of customer service. We will keep you updated on the status of your order, take extra care in packaging and we're always available to answer any questions you may have. We provide fast shipping and respond to your emails in a timely manner. We are honest and trustworthy. You will find us friendly and always polite and helpful. We design jewelry and western art; most are one-of-a-kind pieces.We handcraft fishing lures and we also have a line of designer essential oils, hand blended and bottles by us. All our items are handcrafted by us in the beautiful state of Arizona and proudly made in the USA.
We accept PayPal, which accepts all credit cards including Mastercard & Visa with or without a PayPal account. Prices do not include sales, use, excise or similar taxes.
On most domestic (US) orders (except heavy or bulky ones), we use USPS and we ship by First Class/package Mail, your purchase should arrive within 2-5 days of shipping. Large heave packages could take a little longer. On Heavier/Bulkier Items we will ship by Parcel Post. We will always ship by the most economical means unless you upgrade to a specific method (Additional Fee). Insurance is not generally included in these options, although limited insurance is included on SOME US Domestic Priority Mail shipments. Please contact us to see if there will be any no cost insurance included on your particular order. To purchase additional insurance or upgrade your shipping to overnight please notify us in “Notes to Seller” and we will bill you separately. Items shipped without insurance or to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the buyer. if your AFTCRA address does not match your Pay pal address, Items will be shipped to your AFTCRA address. We can ship your item to a different address and include a gift card at no additional cost. Let us know in the “Message to Seller” during checkout or through the "Contact seller" under any of the listings, previous to payment. Tell us the name of the gift recipient and if you wish a short message on the gift card. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address, or for mistakes on the greeting. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We ship First Class, not International Priority on international orders. (Contact us if you wish to upgrade for an additional fee) International Rates and delivery times are estimates and may vary. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping if actual cost is found to be substantially more than estimate. Many Countries impose duties and/or fees on packages and buyer is responsible for any and all of these on international shipments. Stevesstoreofstuff cannot tell you if your country will impose any fees, please consult your local postal authorities. Tracking is generally not available on international shipments, so we can only guarantee shipment, not receipt of your package. Delivery dates are estimates only. Delivery dates will be anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks for standard shipping to the US. Non-stock/special order items require approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. Please note that there may be certain orders that I am unable to accept and must cancel. I will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, I will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please contact me within 7 days if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. Returned items must come back in the condition in which they were sent. Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping charges and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the BUYER. Items must be returned and received in original packaging in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation. If a product does get damaged during shipping, contact me within 7 days and you may return the damaged items to me. Once I receive the damaged product I will refund your money. Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping charges and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you have any problems with a purchase please contact us as we strive to provide the highest level of customer service.
