Payment Policy

Paypal or Credit Cards Accepted. 6% Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Maryland.Payment in full must be made before I begin working on your proofs.

Shipping Policy

Premade items will be shipped within 1-2 days of payment received. Made to order or custom orders will usually require a few extra days, this should be noted in the particular item listing. If you are unsure of the processing time or have any concerns please contact me directly and I can give you a specific estimate. If you have a deadline, let me know of this as well and I will do my best to accommodate for your needs. Orders will be shipped and insured through USPS Priority Mail. I am happy to ship internationally but am unfortunately unable to estimate shipping costs for these orders. Please contact me with your address and I will give you a quote. The buyer will be responsible for packaging, shipping and customs costs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as quickly as possible so that I may work with you to resolve the situation. At this time I do not offer refunds or exchanges but I will do my best to accommodate the buyer and the situation. Please check your proofs carefully for spelling errors, as giving your approval will absolve Staci Lynn Designs of responsibility.

Other Policies

Complimentary JPG proofs are sent via email. After purchase, please keep an eye on your email inbox for your complimentary proof(s) - I will get those to you as soon as I can, often within a couple of hours - never longer than 2 days. I will not print anything without your approval. I'm looking forward to working with you!!
