My number one priority is to make customers happy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be addressed case by case. In the case of a return, shipping charges to and from will not be refunded, unless specified otherwise. All return packages must be shipped back within 5 days. Please keep in mind that I do not refund for lost packages. If you would like to purchase insurance for your item please let me know before purchasing the item. All items are handmade by me in my clean and smoke free home in Indiana. Indiana residents will be charged 7% sales tax. Colors may appear slightly differently depending on the monitor.
