Introduction
Our items are made to order. Due to each item being unique, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you have an issue with any product you purchase from our shop, please contact us and we will do everything we can to address your issue.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at checkout via paypal. We offer free shipping on all our items.
Shipping Policy
We will prepare and ship your item 5-7 days after the order is placed. This allows us time to create your product. We will ship items out as quickly as possible, please allow approximately 14 days after placing your order to receive at your home address.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not issue refunds do the the custom nature of our products. We make each item as they are ordered. If you recieve a defective item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issue to both our satisfaction.
Other Policies
If you have a gift idea for someone, and you see a like item in our store, please contact us and we will try and assist you with a specialty item that you visualised and we create just for you. Our custom design fees start at $50
