Welcome to Soy Dreams. Our candles and tarts are unique creations that we hope you will come love and enjoy. Our philosophy is to promote American made products in every aspect possible. All of our products are made to order so our customers receive the best possible product.

Shipping Policy

All products are made to order and will be shipped within 1-3 Business Days of payment confirmation. All Soy Dreams products are shipped USPS 3 Day Priority Mail. This is to ensure no damage to the product due to extreme weather temperatures. At this time we do not ship internationally as a standard practice but there is always a first time for everything. Contact us to discuss the detail we are always willing to work with a new and hopefully satisfied customer.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Should your Soy Dreams product arrive damaged in any way please send us photographic evidence and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. Unused items are eligible for a one time exchange should the item arrive and the customer is dissatisfied with the product. Any item that has been used, burned, melted, or consumed in anyway will not be eligible for a refund.

Other Policies

Custom Orders - Soy Dreams will happily create a custom order just for you. Contact us directly to discuss the details. Please note that custom orders may require up to 2 weeks production time based on current inventory and the volume of the customer order.
