Accepted payments through PayPal. Payment made via PayPal must be received within 24 hours of purchase date. Custom order payment will be taken prior to completion. If you decide to cancel your order, contact must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Thank you!
If the item is custom made, I will let you know processing time. Items will be shipped 1-3 business days after receipt of payment, unless shipping is listed differently. I usually ship the items with USPS, First Class Mail or Priority mail depending on item and order. Shipping cost include USPS fee, and shipping supplies. I will send a verification e-mail the day the item is shipped.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item, please contact me within 3 days of items arrival (determined from package tracking information). You may ship it back ( at your own expense) and I will refund the cost of the item minus the original shipping and handling. However, I do not offer refund for custom made items, damage caused by shipping process, due to your mistake or your, or change your idea.
Most of my items are ready to ship unless It's a custom order. Depending on the time required to complete your custom item, you will be given a date when you can expect completion.
