Snakebite Leather and accessories's Policies
Welcome to Snakebite Leather. Because I truly love to create truly unique pieces of functional leather art I want to always be sure that the customer is more than satisfied with their purchase. I want you to love what I have made just as much as I loved making it.
Washington State Residents are subject to applicable sales tax. Payment for an item must be received within 14 days of purchase or that purchase will be cancelled. If there is issue with payment, please contact me directly and we can work out details as they apply to your specific situation.
I strive to ship items as quickly as possible. No one likes to wait for something they have paid for and for me especially that wait can be torturous. With this in mind, once payment is received the order will ship via USPS. For custom made items a timeline for creation will be discussed and a shipping date will be part of that timeline. Any special shipping considerations can be discussed on a case by case basis.
Refund & Exchange Policy
will offer refunds on a case by case basis. I must be notified immediately (within 12 hours of receipt of item) that the item is not what you wanted and it must be shipped back to me in it's original condition at your cost. I will refund the purchase price and initial shipping cost but it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping. I do not accept returns and will not give refunds for personalized items. No refund will be offered if the item has been used or is returned in other than original condition.
A non refundable deposit may be required for custom work. This will be discussed up front if it applies.
