Introduction

Once you have purchased from Smoke Soaked Pottery, I will carefully prepare your order for shipment.. This can include padding, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, one or more sturdy boxes, tape and other packing materials. (lease keep this in mind when you consider shipping prices, as I don't make a profit on shipping but must cover my expenses. I ship USPS within three or four business days. I address returns/exchanges on a case by case basis. If you experience any problems with your order please contact me and I will attempt to straighten things out. Aftcra is a new selling experience for me, and as I dip my toes into this new outlet I am listing items already listed in my Etsy store. I check my stores multiple times daily, but that still leaves me with the highly unlikely scenario that I sell the same pot in two places. In this very unlikely event you would be issued a full refund, as well as a ten dollar gift card to my shop.

Payment Policy

I accept PayPal, money orders and checks. If you pay with a check, I will hold your order until it clears. I also love to trade so don't hesitate to ask!

Shipping Policy

I will generally ship your carefully wrapped pots within 3 -5 business days. Please contact me if you have any questions

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you receive a broken pot please send me a picture of the box and packaging in exchange for a replacement or store credit. Please contact the post office for mishandled or lost items
