Three Bottles - Soda Fired Pottery Bud Vase
These little bottles were fired in an outdoor soda kiln. Gas fueled and uncontrollable, dry baking soda and soda ash are blown into the kiln at almost 2500 degrees. These guys didn't get glazed, leaving the bare clay to highlight the effect. They got nice and toasty, and matured into a beautiful reddish brown. Because they are not glazed, they are not safe for food, however they are completely water tight. The tallest would look lovely with a single stem, and the little pots would look great with a succulent or air plant. In a row these measure about 7" long, and 4" at the tallest. I will happily combine shipping. If you prefer not to receive a refund through paypal, please contact me before you purchase Please ask me about wholesale!
