Thank you for visiting our shop today. We appreciate you stopping by and hope you will find something that tickles your fancy. If you have an idea for a sign, please let us know and we will try and create you vision. We are a husband and wife team who handcraft each creation. Each of our creations is quality made with care and love. We hope our creations give you or your special someone joy and pleasure. We thank you for supporting the handmade movement.
I prefer paypal or credit card but do accept checks and money orders. If paying via check or money order please contact me. Checks and money orders must clear prior to your item being shipped. If I do not receive payment or receive contact from you with five days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.
I will ship your purchase via US priority mail with delivery confirmation which includes $50 insurance. If you would like to add more insurance please contact me prior to payment and I can give you an accurate total for this service. I can also ship via UPS, again please contact me prior to payment so I can give you an accurate shipping rate. For international orders, we can ship USPS priority international. Please contact us for rates. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any custom or duty charges, fees, taxes, etc. All magnets are shipped via first class mail. If you would like upgraded shipping please contact us. Once we give the package to the shipping service, we do not have control on when they deliver. If the item is lost or damaged, please let us know and we can file a claim with the USPS. After the claim is processed we can replace or refund your purchase minus shipping charges. For those in the Boyertown, PA area - our creations are available for pick up or purchase at Zerns Farmers Market in Gilbertsville PA. Please let me know if you would like to pick up and I can adjust the shipping charge and let you know the hours. Any other questions regarding shipping please convo us and we will do our best to help you out!
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund the purchase price minus shipping. You must contact me within two days of receiving your purchase of your intention to return. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Once item is returned in undamaged condition your payment will be refunded. I am not responsible for lost packages if you did not purchase insurance or delivery confirmation. Custom made/Personalized orders are not returnable as they were made specifically for you at your request. Custom made/Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once we start making the order. If you receive an order with incorrect personalization due to our fault, we will replace the item at no cost to you. You must contact us within three days of receiving the item of the issue. If the personalization was incorrect due to you providing incorrect information, we will work with you to correct the item but you will have to pay for any shipping charges and may be charged for our time and material to correct the item.
Once we have begun to make your personalized order we cannot cancel or refund the sale. No returns will be accepted on custom orders unless there was an error on our part in the creation process. We welcome your questions or comments so please feel free to convo us at any time.
