Payment Policy: Pay Pal. All items must be paid in full (to include shipping) prior to being shipped. Custom requests will now require a non-refundable deposit of 35% minimum, of the total purchase price. Deposit amount will be applied to your final purchase price. Custom orders must be paid in full within 2 days of completion. Otherwise they will be listed for public purchase. Shipping: Currently shipping is through USPS using standard mail only. All items will be insured and will include a tracking number. On international orders, buyer is responsible for ALL customs fees, taxes and charges. Refunds: Each item shipped to you will be insured. However, packaging of all paintings/items is done with full protection to the painting. There should be no damage with proper handling. If item is damaged during shipping, upon arrival, please contact me immediately. A full refund will be issued in case of damage during shipping only. Return shipping fee will be responsibility of the buyer. You must return item within 3 days of receipt in order to be issued a refund. Refund will be issued for full amount, minus shipping fee. Refunds will not be issued for minor things, such as color variation from photos. Color will vary in different types of lighting. Photos were taken in the best natural lighting possible, so colors in the actual painting, are fairly accurate to the photos. Please keep in mind, your monitor or electronic device may differ in it's color settings, which may result in a slight color variation from actual painting.
