When we ship this item, the cup hooks will not be inserted into the board, so that the board is protected during shipping. You can simply screw them into the holes that are pre-drilled on the board once you receive it. *NOTE* The race bib holding hooks will have to be inserted by the customer as there are too many different sized bibs for us to accurately drill the size that each individual customer may need. This is simple to do, by just laying your bib on the board and taking the cup hooks provided and screwing them into the area where the hole is on your bibs.
