Introduction

If you are ordering a hat or anything that has sizing options, please be sure to measure for the item before submitting the order. I will not offer returns for incorrect sizing! Please keep in mind that I made every item made to order so no two items will look exactly the same and larger or more detailed items will take longer to complete, so please be patient! ~CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS~ Crocheted items are very delicate and they can be spot treated in the event they get dirty. Make sure to use luke warm water and a gentle soap to clean the desired areas. Do not scrub the yarn or use a dryer as this will cause the yarn to lose its shape. Payment Policy

Orders will be added to the queue after receipt of payment. I will not begin an order without receipt of payment. Orders are completed in the order I receive them so if you need an item by a certain date please give ample time for completion.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped through USPS with insurance and tracking included! Silver Rain is not accepting international orders at this time.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with the item(s) you receive you have a week to request a return or exchange. I will not offer an exchange for an item of the wrong size in most circumstances (see page description). If you feel you did not receive what you had ordered please message me to address any concerns and we will discuss the return or exchange options.
