SewFine's Policies

Introduction

If you would like a certain color in any of my handmade listed items just let me know and I will be happy to make it for you. I have been sewing since I was 5 years old when I started sewing strips of cloth together so my mother could make crochet rag rugs. I am now in my 70s and severely disabled. I am a grandma to 6 who likes to sew for them and others.

Payment Policy

I take Paypal, money orders or personal checks. My preferred method of payment is PAYPAL. I accept payment by MC, VISA, and PAYPAL The easy process of paying by PAYPAL is done in under one minute. It allows you to use credit cards, debit cards, e-cheques, etc. It is that simple, secure and efficient.

Shipping Policy

I ship by USPS first class shipping which has tracking and confirmation. I try to ship your items within 3 days of a cleared payment, personal check takes longer, and unless its a special order. I do make items in other colors just please email and let me know what you would like.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I will give refunds or exchanges if there is a problem, but not for buyers remorse, and the item is returned in the same condition it was received. I will refund purchase price and shipping charge, but you are responsible for return shipping back to me.

Other Policies

I ship using USPS first class shipping. Priority shipping is available, just let me know this is what you prefer. I do try and use clean recycled packaging but if this is a problem for you please let me know before purchase so that I can increase your shipping price to reflect USPS packaging.
