I create vinyl decals and hand etched and personalized glassware with any logo or design that you can imagine! I also do toasting flutes, flower vases, shot glasses, candle votive holders, centerpieces....you name it! I personally work with you to hand create all logos and designs. Any team or corporate logo or any custom design you can think of! I LOVE custom orders. If you have a specific design or style in mind, let me work with you to create a truly ONE OF A KIND piece. Orders will be filled within five to seven business days after received payment and shipped to the address provided unless you specify otherwise. PLEASE - Please make sure your address is correct before you complete checkout. Orders that are returned due to inadequate addresses or un-secure location for USPS to leave a package will either be reshipped at your cost or refunded minus the initial shipping fee - buyers choice. Small orders (decals) are shipped first class in a bubble-mailer via USPS. All glassware is shipped via USPS Priority shipping in a medium flat rate box. TO ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: additional customs duties/tariffs/taxes may apply to your order. This is a tax that I cannot calculate and is not within my control. Please don't request that I mark your item as a gift to circumvent this, as doing so is considered felony mail fraud and could result in a fine or jail time against me if I do so. Every country is different, so please speak with your mail service if you have any questions.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All orders are non-refundable as they are often created to order. If you want better pictures or more information regarding the product before you commit to the sale, we will be happy to provide it. All merchandise offered is Handcrafted original and inspected for quality previous to shipping. Regarding lost or damaged merchandise: If an item arrives damaged, please provide pictures of the affected merchandise as well as all packaging so that I can file insurance paperwork and it will be replaced at no cost to you. Please do so within a week of receiving the item so that I can replace it in a timely manner. Occasionally, due to USPS cutbacks, sometimes tracking does not update until the item has already been delivered. If that happens, don't panic! I do my best to ship the same day or day after the label is created. But things do occasionally get lost in the mail, and if you still haven’t received your order within 14 business days (30 days for international) of the transaction, this could be the case. Send a message and we can work something out. All Glassware items are shipped with insurance for my comfort and yours. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and I want to make transactions as smooth as possible. If there is anything that may deter you from leaving positive feedback, please let me know before leaving the neutral/negative feedback and I will do whatever we can to remedy the issue!
All of my items are handcrafted originals and may not look exactly as pictured, as they are created to order. All decal purchases will come with precise directions on how to apply the decal. Please follow the directions, as I can not replace the decal due to application error. If there was something that you were watching and it sold, don't worry! It is often possible for me to recreate such items. If you are wanting more than one of something, it is also possible.
