Payments are made through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase.
Items are sent through USPS. Tracking information will be emailed once the item is shipped. If you are outside of the US please contact me first to discuss your shipping options. Please allow up to seven days for your purchase to be made before being shipped out via USPS.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please email within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org At this time no refunds are allowed on customized products. Exchanges are allowed if the item arrives damaged. Damaged items need to be returned before a replacement is shipped out.
Most of my items are meant to have a shabby / distressed look to them. If you want an item less distressed please let me know in "Note from Buyer"
