Payment Policy

Since most of our work is custom made, we require that payment be made before we will make your order.

Shipping Policy

We only ship in The United States! Upon ordering, please allow 7-10 days to make and ship your order. This is not to say that your order will not ship faster. Most of our product is treated with "spar urethane" so as to protect it from the elements and needs time to dry properly before we can package and ship your item/items. For custom sign work, please allow 2 to 3 weeks before we will ship your order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Some Guys will not refund because most of what we do is custom made. We will however offer to remake your order if there is a problem. Typically this is not the case as we always proof and get you, the customers final approval before we will will make your order with the exception of non-custom items. This process is to prevent mistakes.
