Welcome to Sew Sew Pretty! You are a valued customer and rest assured, I strive to make every transaction made with me as smooth and easy as possible. I do my very best to make my customers happy, and if I feel that there is even the slightest chance you are unhappy about anything, I work my hardest to correct it and make you happy with your order!
Immediate payment is expected through PayPal OR by credit card. You don't need a PayPal account to use this service and it is free for you to use! PayPal accepts all major credit cards and personal checks. Because all items are custom made, production will not begin until payment is made.
My current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks (7-14 BUSINESS days). If you need something by a specific date, please contact me. I ship to your address given at checkout, so PLEASE make sure that this is correct. I do NOT give refunds if for some reason the address that is given during the checkout process is incorrect. All orders are shipped 2-5 day first class USPS mail or 2-3 day USPS Priority mail, depending on the item and how fast you would need it (i.e. a seasonal product like a Christmas one might need to be rushed more than others). All orders include tracking. Once available to me, I will give you the tracking number for you to use on the USPS website to track your order. Approximate shipping times within the United State are 3-5 business days. These times are NOT GUARANTEED but used as a guideline from the USPS. Please note that I am NOT liable for any packages once they have been received by the USPS. NOTE: Leave a note at checkout if you need items on a specific date!!! EMAIL me if you have any questions about shipping. ❀❀❀ Notice ❀❀❀ There is NO insurance coverage on your package if you have not requested insurance.
Refund & Exchange Policy
DECALS: If there is an error on my part I will refund or exchange your decal for you. If the wrong color is purchased, I will forward a copy of your receipt and will work with you to resolve the issue. However, an exchange or refund will not be given if the wrong color is ordered. Seller is not responsible for any damage to the decal during application and will not refund or exchange the decal if this occurs. Refunds will not be accepted on custom made items since they are specially made just for you. Please remember that your feedback is the livelihood of my business and affects my potential for future business growth. If you are in any way unsatisfied with one of my designs, please contact me to resolve the issue!
