Payment Policy

Payment is required at time of purchase. Orders ship out after payment is confirmed and/or clears.

Shipping Policy

Most items ship within 3 business days after the payment clears. Custom orders ship 2-3 weeks after order is placed, and you will be notified by email when it ships. I offer standard shipping, and fair prices. If you desire your purchase sooner than the 2-9 days for standard shipping, let me know, and I will shipping it a faster method at extra cost to you.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy for Weaver Services’ merchandise: If you wish to return or exchange any products you have purchased in the past 30 days (from shipping date), please follow the instructions below: Note: You will not receive a refund for: 1. Abuse or damage that occurs after delivery of merchandise, 2. Obviously used merchandise, 3. Items returned beyond the eligibility date. Please allow at least two weeks for processing after we have received your returned or exchanged item(s). Instructions for Returning Merchandise: 1. Package the item(s) you wish to return, and include the original invoice or receipt. You will not be refunded for postage costs. 2. Please include a note stating the reason for returning the item(s). a. Didn’t like product b. Changed mind c. Damaged in shipping d. Quality unsatisfactory e. Shipping error/wrong item received f. Other ________________________ 3. Please state what form of payment you used to purchase the item(s), (returned merchandise will be credited to the payment method used): a. PayPal b. Credit Card c. After the exchange has been approved, follow the instructions for “returning an item”, and include a note stating which item(s) you would like to receive in the exchange. You will be charged for any differential price in merchandise and the new shipping. For Custom Orders: 1. Fitted or personalized custom orders will not be refunded. (For example: an item with a name or initials embroidered on it; an item fitted to the customer, or a particular size/shape of object; an item using very unique materials; etc) 2. For any other custom order, follow the above instructions, and you will receive a refund for the cost of the product, minus the cost of materials.
