No returns for weathering, abuse, broken glass, or natural variations including colors, textures, shapes, natural features of wood grain, etc. Upon receiving the returned item, we will cheerfully send you a replacement or full refund of the price of the item purchased. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
