Our return policy is simple: We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects for all work. Damage related to shipping must be reported within 7 days of receiving order. No returns for weathering, abuse, broken glass, or natural variations including colors, textures, shapes, natural features of wood grain, etc. Upon receiving the returned item, we will cheerfully send you a replacement or full refund of the price of the item purchased. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
