Payments must be received within 3 days of purchase. If you contact me FIRST to tell me you need another day or 2, that's fine. Telling me you'll pay at some other random time is not acceptable. If there is no contact or response from you within that 3 day period, the item will be re-listed on the 4th day. If you ask an item be reserved for you, you must purchase it within in 3 days in order to hold the reservation. If you want it reserved and say you will purchase on a certain date/time and do not, I will not hold the reservation after the date/time you stated as passed. 'Tis only fair. ~I accept Paypal
I usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. I send all parcels first class unless otherwise stated in the listing. You can contact me if you want priority shipping and if you'd like to purchase insurance. If a parcel is returned to me because of an insufficient address you have the option of getting a refund (less shipping costs) or repay to ship the item. PLEASE make sure your address with Etsy and Paypal are exactly the same! This will end much confusion and delay. It is very important that you state if you want delivery confirmation or shipping insurance ($0.60-1.50) I am not responsible or liable for lost parcels or damages that occur during the shipping process. It is the responsibility of the buyer to protect themselves in this instance & buy shipping insurance. You will not receive a refund due to damages during shipping... Postal insurance will cover your losses ONLY if you opt for it. Please let me know if you would like these services and a revised invoice will be sent to you. thanks!
Refund & Exchange Policy
I value my customers very much and appreciate every order I receive. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find the product you ordered is defective or is the wrong product, please contact me either thru my shop or send an email to Crankhartpony@yahoo.com. Please do this within 7 days of receiving your order and BEFORE you mail your purchase back to me. Any item returned must be in its original condition and must be sent back within 5 days of contacting me. Refunds or exchanges will be given once the product is received by me. There are no refunds on custom orders. I'm sorry but shipping charges cannot be refunded in any instance. You will not receive a refund due to damages during shipping... Postal insurance will cover your losses ONLY if you opt for it. Please let me know if you would like these services and a revised invoice will be sent to you. thanks!
