My preferred method of payment is PayPal. I will only ship after payment has cleared. If you do not have a PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com to sign up! Orders not paid for within 3 days will be canceled and the item(s) will be re-listed in my shop.
I generally ship within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Insurance and/or tracking are available at an additional cost, if requested at the time of purchase.
Refund & Exchange Policy
For now, I am not accepting returns, but am completely open to resolving any problems that may occur. I feel the best strategy is to head off any problems before they even happen. If you have any questions whatsoever about any items I am selling, please ask and I will be happy to provide you with more details.
Custom Products: If you would like a custom item, I’m up for the challenge! Please contact me by email at email@example.com with the product you are interested in recreating and the time frame you are looking to have this completed. I will get back to you with any questions or confirmation. Most likely I will need to create a new product listing for a custom product. I will email this to you once I get the full details from you.
