Payment Policy

Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment does not clear, your order will be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS Priority Mail. We ship only within the USA. Shipping occurs Monday – Friday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece does not fit 2. The piece has arrived damaged. In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. RESPONSIVE TEXTILES will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
