Introduction

Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Policy

Payment is required when ordered. I use paypal.

Shipping Policy

Buyers responsible for shipping costs. Shipping is normally within 1-3 business days..depending on amount of items ordered from one person. If needed sooner than shipping date contact in most cases i am able to accommodate.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept exchanges Contact me within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery I don't accept returns or cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Other Policies

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
