Introduction
I want to ensure my customers are happy, so typically if I receive an email from a customer stating they're unhappy I will either remake the product or issue a full refund, whichever the customer prefers. As you order please keep in mind that leather is not an extremely consistent material to work with and sometimes things are out of my control! I do my best to ensure every product will meet the standards of my customers :)
Payment Policy
Customers must pay in full before their order ships. If you are unhappy with an order and would like a refund please just contact me and we can go from there!
Shipping Policy
I have provided you with 3 shipping options for your convenience. If items are lost during transit I will either issue a full refund or remake the product, whichever you prefer.
