Read E-Z's Policies
Hi, my name is Tess and I own Read E-Z. I handle every aspect of my company from shopping for fabric and the twenty or so ingredients that go into making the Read E-Z, building and maintaining my websites and multiple selling platforms, marketing, taxes, social media, and so much more! I make all the Read E-Z's by hand, myself. I strive to create a quality product that I can be proud of and my customers will love and want to tell everyone about. I usually work 7 days a week and I work hard to get everyone's orders out as soon as possible. I value your privacy, as I do mine, and I do not share your personal information with anyone. I will only use the information you give me to process your orders and to let you know about sales or new stock. I love the Read E-Z and want your experience with my business to be nothing but pleasant and rewarding. :)
Payment methods are those that aftcra accepts.
I ship in-stock covers within 0-3 business days. Out-of-stock, special orders, and custom orders ship within 3-7 business days depending on how many orders I am working on ahead of yours. I sell on multiple platforms and do my best to keep my inventory up-to-date. I will ship your order as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your Read E-Z and tell all your friends how awesome they are! :) I, of course, cannot control what happens to your package once it is handed over to USPS, so please understand, if it is delayed, or lost, please contact the USPS. I will be glad to assist if I can, but, I have no control over the package once it leaves my hands and cannot see any more information in USPS tracking system than you can. That being said, in more than 20 years of mailing the Read E-Z, I hardly ever have any issues with lost packages, and delays are usually only a few days due to our current world situation.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to Covid-19 and to ensure the control of your safety from my shop, I do not accept exchanges or returns. But, please, contact me if there are any issues with your order and we will work something out. I want all my customers to be ecstatic about their Read E-Z's and want to tell everyone about them. Please contact me before leaving any neutral or negative reviews, as I strive to make every Read E-Z as perfect as possible and want you to be happy with your new reading companion!
