Introduction
Welcome to Ravens Keep Studios 14! We are happy to have you with us. A quick overview of policies...we accept all credit/debit cards and currencies that can be processed through PayPal. Shipping is usually done via USPS at the lowest possible cost to you that is appropriate for your purchase. We do accept returns/exchanges for defects in workmanship for up to 7 days after receipt of purchase. Clearance and sale items are non-returnable. And yes! We do custom orders! We would love to help you bring your vision to life, whether that is a totally unique idea of your own or a simple modification of one of our items in our store. Payment Policy
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks or money orders at this time. If you find you need to cancel or make a change to an order please let us know immediately. All orders (In-Stock and Custom orders) must be paid in full before the item will ship. Once an order is shipped we are unable to cancel or change an order.
Shipping Policy
Whenever possible shipping will be done via USPS First Class at $1.99 (plus .10 per additional item) for continental U.S. and outside the U.S. for $9.00 (plus .50 per additional item) USPS First Class Worldwide to help save you money on shipping. In cases where First Class is either not appropriate, not convenient or unavailable we will use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail at $5.25 for the continental U.S. and approximately $13.00 (plus $1.00 per additional item) for International USPS Priority. We will ship to other countries via USPS First Class Mail or Priority when available. Please note: If your order is larger/heavier or more valuable than allowable or safe to ship via USPS First Class or Priority Flat Rate mail we will work with you to make shipping arrangements as affordable as possible. If you need your item more quickly than USPS First Class (2-5 days business days in most cases), please send us a convo and we will be happy to set up a listing for you with an expedited shipping option. All items must be paid for in full before we will ship. All IN STOCK items will ship within 24-48 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends) or more quickly whenever possible. Please make sure to read the listing for approximate shipping time frames. Some items are crafted when ordered which can delay shipping. Most orders can be expedited for an additional fee depending on workload. Custom orders will be quoted a shipping time frame at the time of order. We do everything we can to ensure custom orders ship when promised.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please keep in mind that most items we sell are hand-crafted items and so the item you receive may not look exactly like the picture you saw. We strive to keep the differences to a minimum but they are inevitable. That being said we will do returns/exchanges or repairs for defects in workmanship at our discretion within 7 days after receipt of purchase unless otherwise noted on the listing. Please do not just return an item. We request that you send us an email with with details of the issue and photos of the defect to help us resolve the issue more efficiently. Buyer must pay shipping to return items. Clearance and sale items are non-returnable/non-refundable. If the merchandise was damaged in transit please send us an email with time-stamped photos of the damaged item and the packaging the item was received in. Please do not just return the item or refuse shipment as that may significantly delay any resolution. Merchandise lost in the mail or undelivered due to circumstances beyond our control will be handled on a case by case basis. Some of our items are unique (OOAK) and not able to be replaced.
Other Policies
We love custom orders! If one of our listing catches your eye and you love the style but hate the colour (or vice versa) just let us know. We would love to hear your ideas and create something uniquely you! Also, if you're looking for something that you need more than one of, say for a wedding or other function, we would be happy to see what we can do for you! Custom orders must be paid for when ordered. Due to the unique nature of custom orders we are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchanges. (Just FYI - any coins or other items shown in listings are there only to show the scale/size of the item being listed. They are not for sale or included in the listing.)
