Hello! Welcome to Rachel Marvin Creative Studios. Thank you so much for visiting my shop! Here at Rachel Marvin Creative Studios, we offer hand-made and heartfelt paper goods, art prints and printable designs. Many of the designs in our store are customizable and made to order. If you are interested in choosing one of our custom designs, here is an idea of the process we would go through together to create a custom item just for you.... H O W I T W O R K S: Step One: Choose Your Design and Print Method. If you are interested in a print-ready PDF or JPG file that you can print at home, locally, or online, choose and purchase your design. Most of my custom designs are listed and sold as print-ready files by default. If you prefer to order printed cards, you can choose to do so separately. Simply contact me via Etsy or email at email@example.com and we can set up a custom listing. We are delighted to offer several paper options for printing. Choose from Classic Felt, Heavyweight Cover Stock, 100% Recycled, Pearl, or Linen paper options, as well as Premium Cotton and Bamboo paper for an extra charge. Step Two: Personalize Your Order Along with your purchase, include in the note to seller your customizations, such as size choice (4x5.5 or 5x7), wording (greeting, names, dates, etc.), and any color changes if desired. If purchasing a custom listing for printing, also include paper choice. In 24 hours or less you will receive from me an email with a proof of your card attached. I want you to be completely satisfied with your design so I will work with you until you are! Step Three: Approve Your Design and Receive Your Print-Ready File or Printed Goods Once you ok the design I will send you a printable file within 24 hours of your approval. This final file of your artwork is ready for printing at any print shop or photo finisher of your choice. If you have chosen printing with us, your order will be processed and completed within 3-5 days of your final approval. Step Four: Enjoy Your Custom Designs & Paper Goods! If you have any questions, just ask! I would be happy to talk with you about designs or printing or anything else you may have questions about. P A Y M E N T P O L I C Y: After purchasing an order, payment is expected within 4 days after purchase. If payment has not been received within this timeframe, your order will unfortunately be canceled. S H I P P I N G: Your order will ship via USPS within 3-5 days after payment. If you are ordering a custom design and printing from us, your custom paper goods will ship 3-5 days after your final approval of the design. R E F U N D S & E X C H A N G E S If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let me know so I can make it right via refund or replacement. I am not responsible for errors made by the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided, etc. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about you order!
