Introduction

Thanks for visiting my shop. What you'll find here are quilts, pillowcases and sometimes crafty items such as doggy bandanas. I am a retired quilter (not by choice) and what I'm selling are personal quilts created for the learning experience. They are all in new condition, unused, and unwashed. The fabrics were not pre-washed prior to making the quilt. They have been stored in an almost light free, definitely a smoke free environment but not totally a pet free environment as we had a cat who sadly passed in 2014. The (not by choice) comment is because I fell and broke my wrist about 3 years ago. I had surgery with 4 pins, 7 screws and metal plate inserted and it didn't heal properly and created severe nerve damage so I have limited use of my left hand which means no more quilting. BTW: I don't do Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any of the others. I'm too busy to try to keep up with it.

Shipping Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNATIONAL SALES!!! I usually ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We live out in the boonies so don't travel to post office every day. I won't leave my package at the road for the mail person to pickup because I want to be assured the package was actually delivered to the post office. Typically it works out I'll ship within 2 business days of payment. If for some reason this can't be done (because of weather) I try to notify you of the delay.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. I accept returns (buyers expense) and you will receive a refund for the cost of the item only. The money refunded with be minus the original shipping fee. In the case of quilts and pillowcases they must be returned unused, unwashed ( in other words, in the condition you received it). They must be clean and free of smoke or animal odors. If odors are present a 25% cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund. I do not do exchanges.

Other Policies

The quilts I make are smaller quilts normally called lap or throw quilts. None of the quilts are larger than full size and even those are few. They usually fit a twin bed or are fabulous accents for a queen or king bed. Most of the quilts will have a matching pillowcase and some even have a set of two. I also made single flannel pillowcases which I call Kids and Critter Pillowcases. They are perfect for kids to take along to sleepovers, to camp to gramma's. They are unique so are unlikely to be left behind. They are great for critters too. Just put whatever stuffing you want in the case and it can go from crate to car or from room to room without a problem.
