Quilts by Judie

Each quilt from the very beginning from choosing the fabric, to creating the design using quilt design software, to sewing the pieces (called piecing) into the traditional block patterns, to assembling the top middle (batting) and backing to quilting ( on a HQ16 machine), to applying binding (mostly machine sewn with a decorative stitch) to applying a machine embroidered label with the quilt particulars is done by my hands.
