All jewelry and accessories in our shop are designed and handcrafted by me, Maggie, in a smoke-free environment with supplies high in aesthetics, quality and utility to create pieces you will love. I craft each piece of gorgeous jewelry and accessory with love, care and great attention to detail.

Payment Policy

*Payment MUST be paid in full at the time of purchase. ------------- *We currently accept all payments via PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. Please provide an accurate shipping address. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be re-shipped at the cost of buyer.

Shipping Policy

In order to serve you better and maintain the shortest production times possible, we can ONLY accept changes made within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations MUST be made within 12 hours of placing the order. ------------- Orders will be shipped approximately 1-5 business days once notification of receipt of payment is received, unless otherwise specified. ------------- USPS offers delivery confirmation numbers, which are not tracking numbers. The confirmation numbers can give a general idea of where the package may be, but it does not always reflect its status. ------------- DOMESTIC ORDERS Domestic orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Domestic customers who would like expedited shipping may also choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Shipping times are based on USPS estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. ------------- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International. For international customers who would like expedited shipping, please contact us via Etsy conversation before placing an order to receive pricing on additional shipping charges. International delivery may take 2 weeks or longer in cases of customs delays. ------------- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duty taxes and additional charges that may be incurred -- it is NOT the responsibility of Purpy Panda Designs. Please check with your country's customs office to determine the amount of these charges prior to making your purchase. These charges are in addition to the item price and shipping cost. Your customs form will show the actual value of your merchandise purchase. *All international orders are marked as “Merchandise” and will NOT be marked as “Gift” as this is illegal for our business. Please check your customs policies to ensure safe delivery.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Please contact us via AFTCRA conversation, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will do everything we can to ensure a smooth transaction. If you would like to make a return, it MUST be within 3 days of receipt of purchase for a refund. ------------- FINAL SALES Discounted and sales items are final sales and are non-returnable. ------------- CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders (without monogram) are eligible for return within 3 days of receipt of purchase for refund of the listing price less 20% restocking fee. Item(s) personalized with name(s) and/or initial(s) are non-returnable. ------------- DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED ITEMS Defective or damaged item(s) may be exchanged for the same titled item(s) free of charge ONLY within 3 days of receipt of purchase with photographic proof. Contact us via AFTCRA conversation immediately upon receiving the item(s). Please note that all items are throughly inspected by us while crafting and before shipment. ------------- LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED ITEMS Purpy Panda Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. USPS failures are not the responsibility of Purpy Panda Designs or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. All lost, stolen or undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, we are NOT able to replace or re-ship item(s) purchased without insurance. *Insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and it is recommended. ------------- PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PURCHASE: Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returns/exchanges. Return/exchange shipping is paid by the buyer and it is NOT part of the refund amount due to postage is a transaction between the buyer and USPS. ------------- Returned/exchanged item(s) MUST be in original, unused condition and must be shipped in original packaging or insulated box. Please ship item(s) back with shipping confirmation to the return address on the invoice sent to you with your order. Return/Exchange shipping confirmation numbers MUST be sent to us within 3 days of receipt of purchase via AFTCRA conversation. ------------- Refunds are issued after returned package has been received by Purpy Panda Designs and tracking shows that it has been delivered. Return funds will be returned to the buyer's account usually within 48 hours, if there are no other issues to resolve.

*Purpy Panda Designs by no means responsible for any allergic reactions anyone may have from any products purchased from us. Please check the materials used for the items before purchasing to ensure the product works for you. If it is for gift giving, please make sure that the receiver is not allergic to any materials you are purchasing for them. ------------- CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders are welcome! If you are interested in custom orders, please contact us via AFTCRA conversation with details. I, Maggie, will be more than happy to craft a special piece especially for you! Please allow up to 5 business days for custom orders to be crafted.
