Custom and personalized orders I can customize and personalize almost any card in my shop! I'm usually pretty quick to respond, so please ask if you'd like to see something in a different color or personalized in a special way. When will my item ship? Most items will ship in 1 business day. Custom items will take longer, but I'll let you know how long when you place your order. What else should I know about Princess Greetings before I order? All cards are made by me in my smoke-free home. I pay careful attention to detail, and I strive to produce long-lasting, quality cards at an affordable price. I'm happy to customize when I can, and I'm happy to take custom orders. What if I typed in the incorrect address? If the package is returned to Seller because of an incorrect address provided by Buyer, Seller will refund the cost of the item, but not shipping. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be made. If Buyer still wants the item, he/she can reorder with correct shipping information.
Payment is expected at time of order. Products will be shipped within one business day of receipt of payment.
In-stock orders will ship within one business day of receipt of payment. Custom orders take longer; I will contact you with estimated shipping time once payment is received.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Items on sale Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
