Shipping Policy

Shipping Flat rate shipping, $3.95 US. All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. ​ TURNAROUND TIME: Each toy is handmade in our home studio located in Springdale, WA. We try to make and send orders within a day or two however, our typical turnaround is 5-7 business days. We will contact you if there will be any delays.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Exchanges We hope you enjoy your new Primal Kitty toy! If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. You may return the toy but it must be in original and unused condition.
