Payment Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship everything USPS or UPS using ground freight. The pot rack arrives in a 55" x 5" x 2" box, to minimize cost we use ground shipping. A tracking number will be provided for every order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Keep your box, if for any reason you want to refund or exchange your pot rack, having the box will save you tons of headache. If the pot rack is damaged we will replace or refund it at our expense. Otherwise for returns you will need to cover the shipping costs. We've had no returns so far.
