Our goal is your complete satisfaction! We use ONLY high quality materials for our products, which are handmade by award-winning artist Paula Purpura. Designs are totally unique and never duplicated.
Payment is required through this website to complete a purchase. Items will ship following confirmation of payment. Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase to receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.
US Customers - standard shipping rate is $10. Special shipping requests can be accommodated for an additional charge. Worldwide Customers - standard shipping rate is $20. Special shipping requests can be accommodated for an additional charge. Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS Priority Mail. Shipping occurs Monday – Friday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We are satisfied when you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Refunds will be made following receipt of the item in its original condition. Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed.
