Payment Policy
All payments are via PayPal. Payments due at time of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping. Orders fulfilled within 3-5 business days of when payment is received/clears. We ship via USPS. Lost packages is NOT seller's responsibility. Please contact your local postmaster for lost packages. We only ship within the United States at this time,.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not accept cancellations or refunds. If your order is different than you expected or not to your liking, we will happily exchange it for a different item of an equivalent value from our shop. The original item must be returned to us before we ship the different item. Original item must be returned in its original condition or the exchange request will be declined and buyer will receive no refund per policy. Shipping cost of returned item is buyer's responsibility. New item will be shipped for no additional cost. Only one exchange is allowed per original item. Contact us via email to start the exchange process. Exchange request must be received within 3 days of delivery.
