Shipping Policy

Large quantity orders and orders placed during any of our peak seasons, such as Christmas, which begins November 1st and runs thru December 24th and Mother's & Father's Day rush, which runs from April 1st-June 20th) may take a bit longer to ship. It is always a good idea to message us if you are trying to meet a certain deadline. Large orders can take longer than the posted time frame to create, so please be sure to check with us on your time frame PRIOR to placing your order. An order is considered "Specialty" if you have sent us an image that needs to be manipulated to place on your item and may take three extra days to create. We ship via USPS only so that we are able to offer you the most economical shipping rates. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once it has been shipped. USPS in most cases takes approximately 1-3 business days to deliver your item once we have shipped it. The exact time frame depends on your zip code.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All items are custom made and personalized. Your item is unique and can not be resold once created. PWG will warranty any of our products for 90 days from the date of purchase on manufacturing flaws only. If there is a manufactured defect with your item or the item was damaged in shipping, please email us a picture of the damage. Once we have reviewed the picture, we will determine if there needs to be a replacement shipped. In some instances we may require returning the damaged item and packaging. In those instances, once we have a tracking number and can see that the damaged item is shipped, we will send the replacement so that you have it as quickly as possible. ITEM RECEIVED DAMAGED: If an item is damaged during shipping, we required pictures of the damaged item as well as the damaged packaging. Please send the picture to sales@personalwoodgift.com as soon as you receive the damaged item. We will then file a USPS damage claim and begin the process of getting your item remade and shipped out to you as timely as possible, or refunding the item if there is a deadline that cannot then be made due to the damage. Do not send the item back to us unless we have requested that you do so. Any and all Aapproved refunds will take 24-48 business hours to process.
