Introduction

Patches are stitched on felt unless the listing states otherwise. we will send color samples if available or tell you all about what is being used or done or made if asked prior to purchase and in the listing information, as well as where we are buying supplies so that you can check them out for yourself if very concerned. We normally use Mainstays brand towels carried by Wal-Mart stores. I live in a rural area and this is all that is available to me. If you are concerned about the quality you can check them out for yourself at your local store. If you do not like their brand, please do not purchase towels and ask for something more expensive. Thicker towels do not run through the home embroidery machines we use. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Policy

You will receive the item you order and pay for in good condition. we ship usps first class or priority no overnight or rush orders

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our "made to order" goods, we do not issue refunds. I cannot get the time back that was used to create your item : ( We also do not "cancel" orders. This policy in in place because we simply don't have time to waste. We often have already purchased supplies or have started making an item and then have a person request a refund, and too many people have made this a habit. We have full time jobs and families as well as this shop and time is a commodity to us. Please be sure you want your item before making payment.
