Items ship via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, to addresses in the United States only. Items usually ship within two days (often sooner).
Refund & Exchange Policy
I'll handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Honestly, I'd rather not deal with the hassle ;) But I don't want you to be sad or mad either. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me, and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Because all items are one-of-a-kind, it will generally be impossible to exchange an item for an identical replacement. A similar item or a similarly priced item may be requested, but honoring such requests will, of course, depend on item availability. In all cases, the buyer/customer bears the cost of return shipping. Because I process orders quickly (typically within one day), cancellations are going to be tricky. Once an item has shipped, cancellation ceases to be an option. So if you decide to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. Here is the bottom line on my policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations: We'll work something out. You'll probably either get your money back, or you'll get something you like better!
