Made with quality double layered Tulle for extra bounce, each layer is trimmed with double faced 1 1/2" satin ribbon for that full and extra shine and topped at the waist with a satin bow. Soft No roll 3/4" elastic for comfort in the waist.
Handmade and sewn (not tied) with the most quality materials I can find, in my home in a pet & smoke free environment.
