Payment Policy

We accept any debit/credit cards or Etsy gift cards. Unfortunately we no longer accept PayPal. Once an order is placed you only have 24 hours to cancel before your item is processed and started. Unless your order is considered a rush order (needed before the normal 2 weeks) we start immediately and refunds are not available. After this grace period you will not be able to cancel or change the design/size of your order due to finding a different design, store, or you are no longer attending the event this order was intended for.

Shipping Policy

Outfits can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks (generally 2-5 weeks) depending on your design as well as the season. During festival season we do require a 4-6 weeks notice. DOMESTIC ORDERS(U.S) All domestic orders are shipped using USPS 2-3 Day Priority that includes tracking information and insured up to $50. If you would like to insure your order for a greater amount this is available upon request. Orders can be delayed due to postal errors or delays and can take up to a week to be delivered, this is rare but is possible. Passe Designs is not responsible for postal delay in your package. Passe Designs is not responsible for lost packages or items due to the postal service. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the postal service to be granted the insurance refund. 1-Day/Overnight shipping is available upon request, price is subject to change depending on location and postal service. Purchasing overnight shipping does not guarantee your order will arrive UNLESS you have confirmed your arrival date with Passe Designs. Otherwise it will be shipped after the 2-4 week processing time. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International orders may be subject to customs; this can sometimes delay packages(this is rare but we are not held responsible). We are given an international tracking number that is not guaranteed to work via USPS. We will provide this number to you but again we will not be help responsible for lost/stolen, or missing packages. For all international orders you MUST give at least 6 weeks notice per your event. Shipping for international orders can very between 2-4 weeks.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Every item in our shop unless stated otherwise is custom made to your size. When placing an order with Passe Designs you have 24 hours to cancel your order for any reason. After this grace period we cannot cancel/refund because you have found a different design, store, or are no longer attending the event this outfit was intended for. If your order is considered a rush order (needed before the normal 2 weeks) we start immediately and refunds are not available. If the item is the wrong size, color, or design(not missing or changed details but an entirely different outfit) and the mistake is ours we will grant you either a partial or full refund depending on the matter. Damaged items MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving it. We will go off the date and time of tracking information. If you placed an order with us that needed to be delivered before a certain date or event and it did not arrive on time(due to a mistake from Passe Designs not USPS) and Management approved your request, we will grant full refund upon you returning the outfit to us. If you placed a custom order and your item is not what you expected, quality or design, we will try to resolve the issue with you. If for some reason we cannot come to an understanding we will only grant refund for everything BUT material costs. Your satisfaction of your order is our NUMBER ONE priority, if you are unhappy with the outfit we will always try to fix the issue.

Other Policies

OUTFIT SCHEDULING DURING FESTIVAL SEASON Festival season (March-August) and Halloween are our busiest times of the year. During these times we ask that you place an order at least 4 weeks in advance to guarantee your order will be shipped on time. All orders that are needed by a certain date must be approved by Passe Designs Management before purchasing. SIZING AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS We virtually can design any size (32A-44DDD). Anything after these sizes you will need to contact Passe Designs as sometimes these sizes are difficult to find. We recommend getting sized before ordering to make sure the correct size is ordered at the time of purchase. Corsets are available in sizing XS-6XL. Specific measurements for corsets would be your bust, waist, and hips. We only use steel boned full lace up corsets. Bra sizes A cup – C cup will be made with push-up unless requested otherwise. Push up will vary from extra to gentle push up depending on style of cup we choose. If you want a specific style of push up bra please mention this during the custom ordering process. D cup will need to be requested and is not always guaranteed as this size with push up is sometimes difficult to find. For bottoms sizing such as tutus and skirts we ask for the biggest part of your hip size for perfect fit or whichever area you normally wear your skirts. If you are unable to provide us with exact inch you can give us your best judgment for sizes S, M, L, ect. These outfits are very delicate and not intended for machine wash. Please spot clean or take to professional cleaners. FOLLOWING UP ON YOUR ORDER During the custom ordering process we will discuss shipment date. If there is a change to our agreed date we will always contact you as soon as we can! We will try to respond as soon as possible, but please remember that during our busiest times(i.e EDC NY, EDC LV, and Halloween) our inbox can get overwhelmed with messages. We will respond to every unopened email Friday nights.
