PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards are accepted. We do not accept business checks, personal checks or money orders.
We ship via USPS. Ready to ship items are shipped the following business day. Custom orders are shipped the business day following their completion. Paper Kangaroo is NOT responsible for items once they have been picked up by or delivered to the Post Office. **any shipping cost overages will be refunded within 2 business days**
Refund & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days. Items that have been washed or worn can not be returned or exchanged.
Custom items (especially those that are personalized) may take extra time. If your item is needed before a certain date, please message us before placing your order. We sell through Aftcra, Etsy, in person, craft shows, through our own website, Twitter, Facebook, in stores, etc... Orders are completed in the order they are placed, so it may be a day or two before we can start yours. If you have any questions, please contact us.
