Shipping Policy

SHIPPING- All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. At this time we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the US. All orders will leave the studio within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, then please allow up to 7 days additional time for transit. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY- Jewelry may be exchanged for in store CREDIT ONLY within 12 days of purchase. Sale items and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. ( Any item that has been changed, customized, from its original listing, cannot be returned for a in store credit, it is a final sale) Merchandise must be returned at buyers expense, in its original condition and packaging, merchandise that was used or worn will not be accepted for return. Refund for merchandise ONLY. Any and all shipping expenses are the buyers responsibility. Paisley Grey Jewelry is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to the merchandise during return shipping. SORRY, ALL EARRING SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS!
