Painted Pooches's Policies
Payment is required to complete purchase on regular and custom items. I accept PayPal and Venmo.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Please refer to your order info to see expected date of arrival. You will receive tracking info when your item ships. If you have placed a CUSTOM order from a custom listing and have a picture to send, please attach to a convo or send to firstname.lastname@example.org. It's just me painting so if you don't hear from us right away, I've probably got paint on my hands or at the sewing machine (but not both!) and will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations if you contact me within 14 days and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
