Introduction

I do my very best to ensure that my items are of the highest quality. All items are made in a smoke-free/dog-free environment. I do, however, have cats. None of my boxes or books are waterproof or sealed.

Payment Policy

I only accept paypal payments at this time, unless you are visiting one of the several events I attend in Missouri. At the events, I accept cash or paypal only. I am not set up to accept debit/credit cards.

Shipping Policy

I only ship within the continental US. No overseas/international orders please. Items will be insured against damages and loss. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping as I am located in rural Missouri and the weather can affect our roads. I do not charge for standard (ground) shipping. If items need to be shipped express or over-nighted, I will negotiate the shipping costs with you.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Cost (including return shipping) for any items damaged in shipping will be refunded, once the item has been returned to me. Items lost in mail will also be refunded. Any other refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. I promise I am easy to work with!

Other Policies

Limited custom orders are available and would include a specific color(colors) and theme(s), and would be limited to the items I have available to me at the time. The number of items, materials available, and time of year will determine how quickly custom items can be completed.
