Payment Policy

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday-Friday with the exception of postal holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving products. Oil & Ash is not liable for the return shipping charges.
