Introduction

I make all my items by hand so there is a lot of care and detail put into each item. All wood items are unique so there may be variation as wood is a natural product. I guarantee my work so if you are unhappy, I replace it no questions asked. There are no returns on custom orders. If there is any problem, I will definitely work with you to solve it immediately.

Payment Policy

I accept payments through Paypal. Contact me if you need to make other arrangements.

Shipping Policy

I ship Fed Ex or USPS depending on size of items. For smaller items, I generally ship USPS. Your items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from time of purchase. I will notify the buyer if it will be a longer wait time.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I 100% guarantee all items I sell. If you are unhappy with the quality, I will replace the item free of charge, or I will refund your purchase money on return of item(s). *Shipping costs are non-refundable.
