Introduction

I don't have a lot of specific policies in regards to buying and selling my products because each situation that arises is unique and must be handled accordingly. My goal is make sure each transaction goes smoothly and that my customers are happy. So, I will work hard to make that happen!

Payment Policy

Payment is required through Paypal. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping Policy

All items ship within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Once an item leaves my hands, it is no longer my responsibility. I.E.: if an item is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact the post office. After that we can work out a deal to either refund or remake the purchase order if the package cannot be located.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I will take returns within 30 days of the purchase if the customer is not satisfied and refund the full amount of the purchase including shipping fees. However, the customer must pay return postage. If an item breaks during shipment or does not fit exactly how you want it to, I will fix it for free (example: if you buy a necklace and find it is too short or too long, send it back and I will add or remove chain to make it the length you want). All the customer has to pay for is postage to send the item back to me; I will pay postage to return it once it is fixed. Items broken by misuse of the customer will not be refunded.
