Introduction
I take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of the jewelry that I make and the reputation I have with thousands of satisfied customers. I stand behind the craftsmanship and the quality of the components used to make them.
Payment Policy
I accept payments from PayPal, a secure online payment system. If you are not familiar with PayPal please view their web page: www.paypal.com
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be free, U.S.P.S. priority flat rate. I will insure all packages to cover the amount of the item and provide you with the ship date and tracking number. Please make sure you provide your correct shipping address. We normally will ship within 2 business days upon confirmation of payment. If you require the items sooner, contact me and we will make every effort to assist you. I do not ship outside of the United States.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns will be accepted on a limited basis, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. You must call me within 5 days of receipt and request a return prior to returning any item. Items authorized for return must be returned in the same packaging they were shipped in. You will be responsible for shipping costs. For your protection you will need to insure the item and get tracking information. You will be responsible for any lost item. There will be no restocking fee for exchanges. All items returned for a refund will be for the item cost less shipping, handling and insurance. If you have any questions, please call me. I want you to be happy with my jewelry and your purchase.
